Cocobean Productions Featured Acts perform steel drum, reggae and calypso music, as well as the latest soca and dancehall. They can also perform some of your favorite Top 40 hits as well as some Jimmy Buffet selections.  Cocobean is the exclusive home of the national award winning steel drum band The Caribbean Crew and some of the top steel drum (steel pan) players in Florida.  Cocobean Productions Featured Acts also include the award winning reggae and soca band Mystik NRG, who is currently the house band at Bob Marley.  Other Cocobean Productions Featured Acts include an authentic Junkanoo Parade (direct from the Bahamas) and our very own Moko Jumbie (Caribbean Stilt Walker).  For more information on all of these acts, please see below.

The Caribbean Crew Steel Drum Band is one of the most frequently hired weddding bands and corporate bands in Florida and they are also very popular for large house partes, banquets and festivals. The Caribbean Crew Steel Drum Band performs a variety of steel drum music, reggae, calypso, soca and dancehall. They also perform some Top 40 hits, folk songs, Jimmy Buffet selections, jazz standards and wedding music. The Caribbean Crew can be as small as a two-piece band, or as large as an eight-piece live band. It all depends on the size of the event and the available budget.   The Moko Jumbie is the Caribbean version of a stilt walker. It originated in Africa and was brought to the Caribbean during the days of slavery. Wearing a mask and colorful costume, our Moko Jumbie will mesmerize your guests as he dances around on stilts to the high energy beat of soca music.
